David P. Cho is a licensed immigration attorney with more than 20 years of legal practice. Admitted to the New York State Bar in 2003 (Registration No. 4125225), he holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from Rutgers University (1991). He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and was recognized as a Martindale-Hubbell Client Champion in 2026.
Mr. Cho leads Infinity Immigration Law Firm, based in Washington, DC, where he provides individualized legal analysis and strategic guidance on employment-based, family-based, and investment immigration pathways. He practices under his New York Bar license — since immigration law is federal, a single state bar admission in good standing is sufficient to represent clients nationwide before USCIS and immigration courts, including matters originating in Florida, which are now handled through Infinity Immigration Law Firm.
